70's Old Fashion Cars

Many people believe that 70's old fashion cars are the hottest collectible cars today. 70's cars have been bringing in big bucks at auctions lately as well. Some of our favorite 70's cars includes the Volkswagon Rabbit, Porsche Carrera, Buick Skylark, Vega, Trans Am, Subaru Brat, Ford Capri, Ford Pinto, Cadillac Eldorardo, Ford Thunderbird, Chevelle SS, Chrysler Cordoba, and many more.

Maybe it is due to pop culture or just that these cars symbolize carefree days when cruising and having fun was everyone's purpose in life. Whatever the reasons, people are going crazy for these classic cars.

When you are going to make a classic car purchase, you should always keep some tips in mind to ensure that your deal goes as smoothly as possible. First, find out as much information regarding the car and it's previous owner as possible. This includes requesting as much paperwork that came with car and that the previous owner still has to be handed over to you, when you purchase the car.

You should always inspect a car before you purchase. If you are purchasing your 70's dream car over the Internet, you should arrange to have an inspector visibly check the car for you. If the owner of the car won't allow the car to be inspected, that is your clue that the car is not worth purchasing. No matter how pretty the pictures on the Internet look, no inspection-no deal.

You should also find out if the car has ever been in a previous accident or if it was rebuilt with parts from a salvage yard. With a little careful planning, a quick eye, and by asking questions, you can have the coolest 70's car on the block.
